REC CENTER UPDATES

IMPORTANT UPDATEPLEASE NOTE: Signature is NO LONGER our management company, please do not send any correspondence to them.  In case you need to contact the board of directors, please do so on our newly renovated website :www.saratogapines.org

                i. ARC - ALL EXTERIOR WORK NEEDS TO BE APPROVED: PLEASE FILL OUT THE ARC APPLICATION FOUND ON THE WEBSITE AND DROP IT IN THE REC CENTER MAILBOX
                ii. FOBS-  Please be advised if your account is in the rears your fob will be turned off until you are caught up. PLEASE REPORT ALL FOB ISSUES WITH THE EXACT GATE THAT YOU CANNOT ACCESS.
                iii.AFTER-HOURS suspicious activity especially around the Rec Center, please contact the police immediately.  

 

IMPORTANT: Board members are homeowners and live in the community, please understand they are VOLUNTEERS. If you would like to contribute your time to help in the community please attend the board meetings.
