How to Pay Your Dues

Saratoga Pines HOA Quarterly Assessments are payable on the first of January, April, July, and October.

 

You may submit your payments to: 158 Saratoga Blvd. W Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. No stamp is necessary if you simply drop the envelope in the box. A late fee of $25 is due effective the 15th of the first month in the quarter.

Per Article XI of our By-Laws “a late fee of $25 for each month, beginning from the due date”, will be assessed on any account whose dues has not been paid by the 15th of the first month of each quarter.
